John Lehman is an experienced training facilitator with a passion for helping individuals and teams build practical skills, confidence, and capability. Drawing on extensive real-world experience, John creates engaging, interactive learning environments where participants feel supported, challenged, and empowered to apply their knowledge in the workplace. His approachable style, combined with a strong focus on collaboration and practical outcomes, ensures every training session is relevant, enjoyable, and impactful. Adam Simon is a highly experienced learning and development professional with almost two decades of expertise designing, developing and delivering workforce capability programs across government, justice and community sectors. He has authored nationally recognised training resources, led the development and validation of accredited training, and facilitated programs in leadership, workplace safety, conflict management, electronic monitoring and operational practice. Adam is known for creating practical, engaging learning experiences that translate theory into real-world application. Through his consulting work with Empowered Insights and By Ariane Training, he partners with organisations to strengthen capability, improve performance and foster safer, more confident workplaces.
