Case-Based Scenarios
Every By Ariane program is built around real situations — case-based scenarios drawn from actual workplace incidents across government service delivery environments, from front counters and call centres to field-based roles. Participants work through situations that feel familiar: the client who escalates quickly, the colleague who freezes, the moment where the right response isn't obvious. This supported, scenario-based approach helps staff recognise patterns and build confidence to respond effectively when it matters.
Expert Interviews
Our learning resources include in-depth interviews with practitioners, clinicians, and frontline leaders who have navigated workplace aggression and trauma across high-demand environments — bringing authentic perspectives into the room that formal frameworks alone can't provide. Participants hear directly from people who have experienced critical incidents, led organisational responses, and supported colleagues through recovery, contextualising the skills being developed, reinforcing why they matter, and helping normalise the conversations that often go unspoken.
Live Facilitation
By Ariane's live facilitation sessions are led by experienced practitioners with backgrounds in workplace safety, trauma-informed practice, and adult learning — creating an environment where participants can ask hard questions, test their thinking, and practise skills in real time. We offer in-person or virtual classroom facilitation. Our facilitators do what online modules cannot: read the room, adapt to what's surfacing, and hold space for the complexity that workplace violence training inevitably raises.
